About: Add a "Contact" item in the Menu block to offer a form to users for contacting webmasters and administrators.

Changes: New way of managing contacts: at activation, make all current administrators recipients for contact form (but not future admins). Then you can manage which users are recipients. You can also add external users (not registered as users in your Piwigo)
